The unemployment rate in America is very low, and workers in the country are starting to look for better jobs with higher pay and more benefits.
Those businesses that can’t afford to pay higher salaries have options such as flexible hours, awards, bonuses, and work-at-home options. According to a recent survey, 63% of U.S. workers are open to finding a better job, which is proving to be very beneficial to the U.S. economy.
